• Changes up to 3 days before the booked activity/tour are subject to 1500THB administration fee, plus any additional fees for the changes made.
• Cancellations / No-shows and Changes within 3 days of the booked date are strictly non-refundable.
• Weather-related cancellations by tour operators or the marine police can be rescheduled or may be refunded free of charge.
